NAIL POLISH TO ENHANCE YOUR BEAUTY

  1. We have the right to refuse or stop service for any persons.
  2. All services are NON-REFUNDABLE . However, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
  3. Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail tech before getting services if the cost is your concern. We do not accept any complaint about our price after you are done with the services.
  4. health issues or diabetes must be communicated before services.
  5. If a customer is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may require them to reschedule or sign in to our Walk-in List.
  6. We offer 3 days warranty on any services. If you wish to get your nails fixed after, a charge will be levied.
  7. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, or will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and we will not issue refunds or replacements.
  8. Customers will be fully responsible for their personal belongings during their visit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Customers will have to pay compensation if they damage any of the salon products during their visit
  9. If customers are coming with kids, we request that you please watch over them to avoid any injury or damages, . We are not responsible for any accident of them.We have the right to ask you to come back later to get service if your children are not behaving.
  10. Please give us a 24-hour notice to cancel appointments.
